This is a zero hours position meeting the national minimum wage. Availability at weekends, evenings and during school holidays is essential.

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Applicants should be proactive, self motivated and have a passion for escape rooms. A basic knowledge of DIY (to make fixes to puzzles) is desirable.

Duties will include hosting teams, monitoring and resetting games, posting to social media, cleaning, taking bookings, answering the phone, taking payment for physical goods, replenishing stock, helping with new room builds and repairs and making tea/coffee.
